The fourth annual workshop Distributed Intelligent Systems and Technologies was held in 28-30 June 2011, in St. Petersburg, Russia at the Distributed Intelligent Systems Department of St.Petersburg State Polytechnical University. In the Workshop have been participated scientists and specialists from Germany, South Korea and Russia, among them young PhDs, PhD students and students. During the Workshop was organized two section meetings in which speakers presented their works. The best presentations of the youth session were selected to participate in All-Russian Programme "Young Member of Scientific Innovation Competition".
